As we continue to build and scale our investment platform across real assets and digital infrastructure, we are looking to strengthen our capital raising and investor relations capabilities.

This role sits at the core of our strategy connecting institutional capital with structured investment opportunities across our platform.

What the role focuses on:

• Designing and executing capital raising strategies aligned with Ento Capital’s platform growth
• Originate, develop, and manage long-term relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners across the GCC, Europe, and beyond
• Leading investor engagement across meetings, road shows, and strategic discussions
• Structuring, negotiating and execution of equity investments, co-investments, and strategic partnerships
• Working closely with internal teams across investments, legal, and execution to deliver aligned outcomes
• Monitoring market dynamics to identify capital opportunities and optimize fundraising, positioning and timing

We are looking for:

• Strong experience in capital markets, private equity, or investment banking (real assets / infrastructure exposure preferred)
• A well-established investor network across the region
• Deep understanding of capital structuring and fundraising execution
• Strong commercial judgment, communication, and negotiation skills
• A proactive, execution-driven mindset
