Rayna is expanding its live entertainment and concert business across the UAE, GCC, and India. We are seeking an experienced talent booking professional to build and manage our artist network and secure top-tier talent for concerts, festivals, and live events.

Role Summary

Own artist sourcing, booking, negotiations, contracting, and relationship management with artists, managers, agencies, labels, and promoters. Drive talent strategy and help scale Rayna’s concert and entertainment business across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and book artists for concerts, festivals, and special events.
• Build and maintain relationships with artist managers, agencies, labels, and promoters.
• Lead artist fee negotiations, deal structuring, and contract management.
• Coordinate artist requirements with production, operations, and logistics teams.
• Oversee artist agreements, riders, payments, and compliance.
• Expand Rayna’s artist network across GCC and international markets.
• Identify strategic partnerships and exclusive booking opportunities.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in talent booking, artist relations, concert programming, or entertainment partnerships.
• Strong network of artist managers, agencies, and talent representatives.
• Proven experience negotiating artist contracts and commercial terms.
• Deep understanding of artist pricing, touring, and live entertainment economics.
• Experience managing multiple artist bookings and large-scale events.

Preferred

• Experience booking Indian artists for GCC/international markets.
• Knowledge of artist visas, travel logistics, and overseas performances.
• Strong network across Bollywood, independent, regional music, and live entertainment sectors.
