Ecommagnet is a growing Amazon management agency helping consumer brands scale on Amazon – from strategy to execution. We manage accounts end-to-end: PPC, listings, inventory, and growth. We’re building a structured operating system to scale the agency, and we’re looking for the right person to lead that with us.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Amazon Operations & Growth – the #2 at Ecommagnet.

You will own the performance of our entire client portfolio. You decide which accounts need focus, what actions to take, and who on the team executes. In the early phase, you work hands-on alongside the founder. As the agency grows, you build and manage the team around you.

This is not a campaign manager position. This is a senior ownership role with real accountability and real upside.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing Amazon accounts at an agency or as a freelancer – hands-on Seller Central experience required.
• Deep Amazon PPC knowledge – campaigns, bids, search terms, placements.
• Strong KPI fluency – you read the numbers and know exactly what action each metric calls for.
• Full ownership mindset – when results are good or bad, it’s on you.
• Experience managing or directing a team.

• Listing optimization experience is a plus.
