Hands-on Full-Stack Team Leader Full Time

A HealthTech company is building a next-generation, cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform for the long-term care sector.

The platform unifies clinical and operational data across care teams, replacing fragmented legacy workflows with a single ecosystem for cross-disciplinary care coordination. It connects data from medicine, nursing, nutrition, physical therapy, and social work, helping long-term care and nursing facilities gain a clearer understanding of resident status, operational trends, and individualized risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform.
• Build and operate backend services in Go and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Own the full stack, including React frontend, backend services, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Design scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready software architecture.
• Integrate the platform with Priority ERP systems and additional business-critical systems.
• Lead hands-on development, conduct code reviews, and hire, mentor, and grow a strong engineering team.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering- must.
• At least 5 years of experience developing SaaS-based products- must.
• At least 5 years of hands-on development experience in Go- must.
• Management or technical leadership experience- must.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments- must.
• Experience with software architecture and CI/CD processes- advantage.
