Role Description
This full-time Hairdresser Trainer role is based on-site . The Hairdresser Trainer will be responsible for training and mentoring hairstylists in various techniques, including hair cutting, styling, coloring, and hair care practices. The role includes planning and conducting training sessions, developing training materials, assessing trainees’ skills, and providing constructive feedback. Additionally, the trainer will stay up to date with the latest hairdressing trends, products, and techniques, ensuring that the team consistently delivers top-quality services.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Hair Cutting, Styling, and Coloring techniques
- Knowledge of Hair Care products and treatments
- Experience in providing training and mentoring in a professional setting
- Strong communication and teaching skills
- Ability to stay updated with hairdressing trends and advancements
- Proficiency in developing training materials and visual aids
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to motivate and inspire
- Previous experience in a salon or professional hairdressing environment
- Certification in Hairdressing/Styling or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
