Growth Operations Associate | Brand & Growth Full Time NEW

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Growth Operations Associate | Brand & Growth to help scale the presence, engagement, and growth of the Zelion ecosystem across digital platforms. This role combines growth strategy, content execution, brand development, community engagement, and operational coordination into one high-impact position.

You will work directly with leadership to build and execute campaigns, strengthen brand identity, increase audience growth, and optimize day-to-day growth operations across social media, communities, partnerships, and marketing channels.

This is a fast-paced role designed for someone who understands internet culture, branding, growth psychology, content systems, and digital execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Creative Growth

• Design and maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
• Create engaging visual content, social media creatives, campaign assets, and promotional materials
• Support brand positioning, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies
• Develop content concepts for TikTok, X, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, and emerging platforms
• Coordinate creative direction for launches, campaigns, and announcements

Growth Operations

• Execute and optimize growth campaigns across multiple channels
• Monitor engagement, analytics, audience behavior, and growth performance
• Assist in building scalable growth systems and operational workflows
• Manage posting schedules, campaign calendars, and community activity
• Support influencer outreach, partnership coordination, and community collaborations
• Research trends, competitors, and growth opportunities within Web3, AI, and technology sectors

Community & Social Expansion

• Help grow and engage online communities organically
• Support social campaigns focused on audience acquisition and retention
• Coordinate viral content initiatives and engagement strategies
• Maintain strong communication between community, brand, and leadership teams

Operational Support

• Organize growth initiatives and ensure timely execution
• Track KPIs and provide reporting insights for campaigns and platform performance
• Collaborate with designers, developers, moderators, and marketing teams
• Assist in scaling internal growth systems and automation processes

Requirements

• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and growth strategies
• Experience managing or growing social media platforms and online communities
• Creative mindset with strong design and content instincts
• Familiarity with Web3, crypto, AI, startup culture, or technology ecosystems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Notion, or social scheduling platforms is a plus
• Understanding of viral content mechanics and audience psychology is highly valued
