1. Remote Job Sourcing (Staff Augmentation Stream)
Scan global job boards and platforms daily to identify companies seeking full-time remote engineering talent.
Pitch our engineering talent pool to these companies as a seamless outsourcing solution.
2. Project Sourcing (Fixed-Cost Stream)
Uncover businesses looking to outsource end-to-end technical projects through freelance networks, startup ecosystems, and B2B platforms.
Position our company’s technical capabilities to secure fixed-cost development contracts.
3. Product Sales (Software/Hardware Stream)
Map out potential remote buyers and partners who need our ready-made software or hardware solutions, initiating cold outreach to introduce our product line.
4. Narrative-Driven Marketing & Lead Pool Creation
Move past generic, dry sales templates. You will use your storytelling and copywriting skills to draft highly personalized pitch emails and LinkedIn content that highlight our technical expertise and case studies.
Cultivate and organize a steady, high-quality pool of warm leads over time.
5. Pipeline Management & Pre-Closing
Walk prospects through the initial stages of the funnel by answering early questions, managing objections, and warming them up.
Secure the relationship right up to the pre-closing stage—handing off highly qualified leads to the management team for final technical contract signing.
High Autonomy: A true self-starter who prefers ownership over micromanagement. You can structure your day, execute your strategy, and deliver measurable results working entirely alone.
Resilience & Focus: Comfortable handling the typical ups and downs of outbound sales and staying disciplined in a hybrid setup.
Preferred previous experience in Technical Sourcing, B2B Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Tech Marketing.
Solid skills utilizing Google Boolean search, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and various digital job markets.
Tech-Literate: Preferred Clean understanding of software development terms, engineering roles, and tech hardware concepts to ensure credible conversations with international tech buyers.
Strong Copywriting & Storytelling: Ability to write clear, compelling, and persuasive English pitches that stand out in a crowded inbox.
Excellent Professional English: Absolute fluency in written English is required, as your primary targets are global markets (US, Europe, Gulf).
