We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Supervisor to lead and execute high-impact digital
growth strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, tech-savvy, and
experienced in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth—particularly within
E-commerce and retail platforms
Main Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy Development
• Develop and execute growth-focused digital marketing strategies aligned with business
objectives and KPIs
• Customize strategies based on audience segments and performance insights
• Oversee the integration of paid, owned, and earned media to maximize ROI
2. SEO & ASO
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic
• Apply ASO best practices to increase app discoverability and downloads
• Continuously monitor and optimize keywords, content, and metadata performance
3. Customer Engagement & Email Marketing
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
• Segment audiences and personalize communication using CRM and automation platforms (e.g.,
HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Implement multi-channel engagement strategies across email, SMS, and push notifications
• Monitor engagement KPIs such as open rates, CTR, and conversion rates, and optimize
performance
4. App & Web Marketing• Manage marketing initiatives across web and mobile app platforms
• Collaborate with product and development teams to align campaigns with platform features
• Analyze performance metrics including traffic, conversion, and retention to drive improvements
5. Data Measurement & Visualization
• Track and report marketing performance using tools such as GA4, Power BI, and Looker Studio
• Build dashboards and actionable insights for stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
6. Operations & Cross-Functional Alignment
• Work closely with operations, product, and commercial teams to align marketing with business
goals
• Integrate marketing strategies with sales and operational priorities
• Maintain consistent communication for smooth campaign execution
7. E-commerce & Retail Platform Marketing
• Manage and optimize marketing activities across Amazon and other retail marketplaces
• Drive product visibility, conversions, and sales through platform-specific strategies
• Monitor platform performance and continuously optimize campaigns and listings
