Salutations
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to be, effectively, the engine of our marketing function. Brand, acquisition, lifecycle, content, site, analytics: all of it lives with you, supported by the CMO and the leverage of the right tools. This is not a paid-media specialist role and it is not a brand-only role. We need someone who can write a manifesto on Monday, ship a Meta plan on Tuesday, fix a lead for drop-off on Wednesday, brief an influencer on Thursday, and pull a clean report of the week on Friday.
Your collaborators sit outside marketing. You will work day-to-day with the investments team, the sales team, and the tech team, among others. You will report to the CMO and have real authority over budget and direction inside your scope.
“Growth marketing” is the title because no other title quite fits. In practice you will wear five or six hats every week. We need someone who is excited about that, not afraid of it. If you want a role where the playbook is handed to you and you execute it cleanly, this is not it.
