Role Description The Growth Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on supporting revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to execute growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, tracking industry trends, and analyzing data to support go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns. The Growth Associate will assist with sales outreach, prepare presentations and proposals, and coordinate marketing activities that drive brand awareness and lead generation. The role also involves managing small projects or workstreams, ensuring timely execution, and providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis, including gathering data, assessing competitive landscapes, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Sales skills, with the ability to support lead generation, qualify prospects, and collaborate with sales teams to advance opportunities.
• Marketing knowledge, including familiarity with campaigns, brand positioning, and basic digital marketing concepts.
• Project management abilities, such as organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience or strong interest in financial services or fintech is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
