Creating great content is only half the challenge. The other half is understanding why content performs, how audiences behave, where growth comes from and how to scale what works.
We are looking for a Growth & Analytics Lead who can combine analytics, growth strategy, experimentation and paid media expertise to help build one of the world’s leading robotics media platforms.
The Opportunity
You will become the performance engine behind the Robotics ecosystem.
Your role is to understand what drives growth, identify what limits performance and continuously improve audience acquisition, engagement and retention across all platforms.
You will help determine what should be scaled, what should be stopped and where we should invest its resources.
What You’ll Do
* Analyze content performance across all platforms
* Monitor audience behavior and audience trends
* Identify growth opportunities and performance bottlenecks
* Investigate why content performs or underperforms
* Create actionable recommendations based on data
* Design and manage experimentation initiatives
* Manage and optimize paid media campaigns
* Allocate advertising budgets across platforms
* Improve campaign performance and ROI
* Build dashboards and performance reporting systems

Paid Media Experience
Paid media is a core responsibility of this role.
Strong experience managing substantial advertising budgets is required.
You should have a proven track record managing, optimizing and scaling paid advertising campaigns and making budget allocation decisions based on performance data.
You should be comfortable managing large advertising budgets, improving ROAS, reducing acquisition costs, optimizing conversion funnels and identifying growth opportunities through paid acquisition.
