We are looking for a highly strategic and performance driven Group Product Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of brands and product lines within our dynamic organization.
About The Role
As a Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall product strategy, leading a team of Product Managers, and ensuring strong business growth across multiple product categories.
You will act as a key link between market insights, brand strategy, and commercial execution.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers / Brand Managers
- Oversee full product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-market performance
- Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams
- Monitor KPIs including sales performance, profitability, and market share
- Drive successful product launches and portfolio expansion initiatives
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or related field
- 7–12+ years of experience in Product Management / Marketing (Pharma or Cosmetics preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
