Group Corporate Business Analyst Full Time NEW

Africell, the pan-African mobile telecommunications company, is recruiting a Group Corporate Business Analyst to be based in Beirut “Connect Hub”, Lebanon.

The role is responsible for:

Corporate Service Catalogue Management

• Maintain and standardize corporate service catalogues across Africell OPCOs, ensuring product details, pricing, positioning, and service descriptions remain accurate and competitive.
• Coordinate with commercial and technical teams to maintain visibility of enterprise products and services across connectivity, internet, voice, cloud, managed services, and related B2B offerings.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting across OPCOs, ensuring accuracy of commercial, operational, customer, and financial performance data.
• Work with commercial, finance, and technical stakeholders to identify reporting gaps, correct discrepancies, and improve reporting quality.
• Analyze performance trends and support monthly and quarterly business reviews through dashboards, reports, and management presentations.

Market Benchmarking & Insights

• Conduct benchmarking of enterprise products, pricing, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives across telecom and ICT peers.
• Research innovative enterprise solutions, automation practices, and customer engagement models to support strategic decision-making.
• Consolidate findings into periodic insight reports and presentations for management review.

Project Coordination & Follow-up

• Support coordination and tracking of Group Corporate Business initiatives and projects across OPCOs.
• Maintain project trackers, follow up on deliverables and timelines, and provide implementation status updates to management.

Process Automation Support

• Assist in driving automation initiatives across Africell Business, including reporting, invoicing/billing, inventory management, and other corporate functions.

Ad Hoc Support

• Provide support to the Group Head of Corporate Business on any other projects, analysis, or initiatives as required.

You will work with the Corporate Business teams to achieve the contribution to Africell’s mission of bringing affordable, fast, and secure mobile connectivity to millions of customers across Africa.

The ideal applicant will have at least 3-5 years’ experience in:

• Business analysis, commercial operations, sales support, project coordination, or performance reporting within telecoms, ICT, technology, consulting, finance, or related sectors.
• Supporting cross-functional initiatives and preparing management reports, dashboards, presentations, and commercial analyses.
• Enterprise telecom or technology products/services is preferred.
• Ability to explain results to commercial stakeholders and influence decisions.
• CRM, ERP, or invoicing systems
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• KPI reporting, commercial performance tracking, and sales analytics.
