Nabni is currently funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through the KfW Development Bank. The Nabni Facility Management Unit (FMU) is a small team based primary in Jordan, hosted alongside the Norwegian Refugee Council’s MENA Regional Team.

Roles and responsibilities
The Nabni Grant and Reporting Coordinator supports effective donor grant management, including KfW and potential future donors, with a focus on facilitating high-quality reporting from partners/grantees to Nabni. The role oversees partner grants throughout the lifecycle, tracking progress to ensure compliance, while providing technical and hands-on support for partner reporting. Responsibilities include preparing and consolidating donor reports, coordinating the preparation of new concept notes or proposals to donors, maintaining grant documentation and tracking systems, and contributing to learning and process improvements. The Grant and Reporting Coordinator also supports risk management, ensuring adherence to donor rules and regulations, and oversees in grant cycle management processes under Pillar 1.
