We’re a fast-growing integrated consultancy based in Dubai, working across cost management, engineering, and sustainability and we’re looking for a graduate to help us rethink how we work through automation and AI.
This isn’t your typical graduate role. From day one, you’ll be working directly with our founding directors, tackling real business challenges and building solutions that make an impact.
What we’re looking for
A recent graduate in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related technical field, preferably already based in Dubai.
You’re comfortable within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and have hands-on experience with tools like Power BI, Python, or no-code automation platforms.
More importantly, you don’t just understand AI in theory – you’ve actually used it to solve real problems. You’re naturally curious, self-driven, and able to move between technical thinking and commercial conversations with ease.
Experience in the built environment or professional services is a plus, but not essential. What matters most is how you think: systems-focused, practical, and focused on building things that work.
