We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Head of Manufacturing to lead and optimize our international manufacturing operations across multiple sites. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, productivity, quality, safety, and manufacturing transformation in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global manufacturing operations across multiple plants and regions
- Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with business growth goals
- Drive operational excellence through efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Champion Lean/TPM/Six Sigma and best-in-class manufacturing practices
- Oversee safety, quality, compliance, and sustainability performance
- Lead automation, digital transformation, and capital investment projects
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Commercial teams
- Build and develop high-performing manufacturing leadership teams globally
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in FMCG
- Proven experience managing multi-site or global manufacturing operations
- Strong background in operational excellence, productivity improvement, and plant performance
- Experience leading large-scale transformation and change initiatives
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
- Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline; advanced degree is a plus
