Skillscaper is an early-stage healthtech company founded in France, now looking for a CEO / Co-Founder with the network, ambition, and credibility to help turn it into an international healthcare innovation company.

This is an equity-only role at this stage. There is currently no salary until Skillscaper secures funding or generates sufficient revenue. Please apply only if you fully understand and accept this structure.

Skillscaper is currently a pre-seed / seed-stage company. We have developed the core vision, methodology, healthcare positioning, and product demonstrations, but the company is not yet revenue-generating.

Skillscaper is building immersive assessment solutions for healthcare, elderly care, home care, and professional readiness. Our methodology transforms real professional situations into interactive simulations that help organizations assess how people behave in practice — including judgment, communication, empathy, safety awareness, decision-making, and readiness to act in real-world care situations.

The company is now entering a critical new phase. We are looking for a CEO / Co-Founder who can help turn this foundation into seed funding, strategic healthcare partnerships, and first commercial traction.

The two main priorities of this role are clear:

1. Seed fundraising

The CEO / Co-Founder will lead or strongly support the fundraising process by connecting Skillscaper with angel investors, family offices, healthcare investors, venture capital funds, strategic partners, and other relevant funding sources.

2. Strategic sales through network

The CEO / Co-Founder will help open doors to healthcare organizations, elderly care groups, home care operators, hospitals, insurers, training institutions, certification bodies, and other relevant commercial partners.

The ideal candidate has:

• strong seed fundraising experience or direct access to early-stage investors
• a serious network in healthcare, elderly care, home care, healthtech, insurance, or care services
• credibility with investors, family offices, and senior decision-makers
• experience helping an early-stage startup move from vision and product demonstration to funding and commercial traction
• the ability to open strategic commercial doors through their network
• ideally, strong connections in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, the UAE, the GCC, the Middle East, the US, Europe, or Asia

Dubai and the UAE could represent a powerful strategic opportunity for Skillscaper because of their international business environment, investor networks, healthcare ambitions, and access to regional and global markets.

However, this is not a local country-manager role. We are looking for a global CEO / Co-Founder with the ambition, network, and credibility to help build Skillscaper internationally.

This is not a passive advisory role. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can actively help raise seed capital, open commercial opportunities, and lead the company as CEO.

Skillscaper’s founder will remain involved in vision, product strategy, methodology, and key relationships.

A significant equity package can be discussed for the right CEO / Co-Founder, structured around commitment, fundraising contribution, commercial impact, vesting, and long-term value creation.
