We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Entrepreneur & Business Specialist to work on a contractor basis. This role focuses on leveraging real-world business expertise to refine and improve AI systems through structured feedback and process evaluation. Your domain knowledge in business operations will directly contribute to the development of next-generation AI models, ensuring they perform reliably across industries such as finance, healthcare, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and test real-world workflows, systems, and processes using hands-on business experience to assess usability and effectiveness.

• Validate and optimize project management, CRM, and productivity tools by providing data-driven feedback from your own business operations.

• Identify process automation and workflow optimization opportunities, then document detailed insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Analyze business data to assess tool performance, usability, and alignment with operational needs.

• Provide structured feedback to refine AI training data, evaluations, and feedback loops that enhance model performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business operations, including process design, workflow optimization, and tool selection.

• Familiarity with project management, CRM systems, and SaaS tools used in business environments.

• Ability to analyze business data and translate findings into actionable insights for system improvements.

• Strong verbal communication skills to articulate feedback clearly and collaborate with technical teams.

• No prior AI experience required; your domain expertise in business systems is the primary qualification.
