- It needs VCs, which have experience and network in their domains to create totally new market segments / categories to achieve above market IRR
- (New) Categories and AI First / Native startups are THE THING to invest in, not next AI agent hit&run market
- It needs new co-operation models to scale the startups fast

No bio, genetics, pharma, parts/hardware for cars, fashion design or cosmetic products. No consultants, bankers, associate roles or fractionals. CVC managers from core industries welcome, but must understand VC management and must have ambition to super scale for IPO. We build the A-team.
Qualifications:
- Strong track record of raising a new fund.
- Deep industry expertise and a keen understanding of market dynamics, trends and competitive landscapes.
- Understanding of business models and how AI scales.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to conduct rigorous strategic and financial analysis.
