Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Gaming PC Sales Specialist. The role involves engaging directly with customers to understand their gaming needs, recommending customized PC builds, and providing post-sale support. Other responsibilities include demonstrating products, answering technical questions, and staying updated on the latest gaming hardware trends to help expand the store’s product offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Gaming and eSports technologies and trends
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions with strong Analytical Skills
• Passion for gaming and the ability to connect with gaming enthusiasts
• Sales experience, especially in electronics or gaming-related roles, is highly beneficial
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware components and assembly is a plus
