Full Stack Engineer (Android) Full Time NEW

About the Role

We are looking for a talented, experienced, hands-on Full Stack Engineer with strong Android development experience to join our team. In this role, you will work across both frontend and backend systems, contribute to mobile development, and collaborate closely with embedded engineers. You will also take ownership of managing QA processes and guiding a small QA team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications (frontend + backend)
• Develop and support Android applications using modern frameworks
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs
• Collaborate closely with embedded engineers to integrate software with hardware systems
• Lead and manage 2 QA engineers, including task planning and quality oversight
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across systems
• Participate in system architecture and technical decision-making
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer/Engineer
• Strong experience with:

1. Java
2. JavaScript
3. Kotlin
4. Node.js
5. Python

• Experience with databases:

1. CouchDB
2. SQL-based databases

• Solid understanding of both Frontend and Backend development
• Experience developing Android applications
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and distributed systems
• Ability to manage and mentor QA engineers
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with embedded systems or IoT environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
