Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Customer Service Specialist supporting our retail fashion operations. The role goes beyond handling inquiries to include end-to-end order management and coordination across multiple function through mail and chat.

Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries across all communication channels
• Manage orders from confirmation until delivery
• Coordinate with the warehouse for order preparation
• Create shipping labels and follow up on order dispatch
• Track shipments and follow up with courier companies on delayed orders
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally
• Follow up on abandoned carts and incomplete purchases
• Coordinate with branches, warehouse, e-commerce platform, and relevant departments
• Update customer data and order records accurately
• Record sales transactions on Odoo POS system
• Escalate sensitive or exceptional cases to management
• Prepare periodic reports on orders, inquiries, and issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, Fulfillment and e-commerce operations.
• Strong coordination skills with warehouse, branches, and online store operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in handling customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM systems (Odoo or similar is a plus)
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work remotely within a team
• Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Calm and professional approach when handling customer complaints
• Fast response time and ability to manage high order volumes
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain daily follow-ups
• Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
