Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Cairo for a Front Desk Representative. The Front Desk Representative will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. Responsibilities include managing receptionist duties such as greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, and handling reservations. The role also requires ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional and efficient customer service while maintaining smooth front desk operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties, including welcoming guests and managing front desk operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address client inquiries and offer professional assistance
• Ability to handle Phone Etiquette and Reservations efficiently and accurately
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a bonus
