Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role for an Evening Front Desk Receptionist located in Dasman, Kuwait City. The role involves greeting and assisting clients and visitors, managing appointment scheduling, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members and guests during overnight hours
- Manage bookings, court reservations, and inquiries
- Handle check-ins, payments, and basic administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable
- Monitor the facility and report any issues as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing the front desk and appointment scheduling
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during night shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Knowledge of Phone Etiquette and the ability to manage calls professionally
- Familiarity with wellness or fitness centers is a plus
