Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresh BIM Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will support architectural projects by developing BIM models, preparing technical drawings, and assisting in multidisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Ensure model accuracy and compliance with BIM standards and LOD requirements.
- Assist in coordination with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Incorporate design revisions and project comments into BIM models.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Understanding of BIM fundamentals, model coordination, and drawing production.
- Knowledge of Navisworks and Dynamo is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
