Westview International Language School is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic French Teacher for the academic year 2026-2027. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality French language instruction to students, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement French language lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
- Teach French language skills including speaking, listening, reading, and writing to students at various proficiency levels
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents
- Create an interactive and supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to language learning
- Integrate cultural elements to enrich students’ understanding of the French language and Francophone cultures
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and curriculum development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in French, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience teaching French at the appropriate educational levels
- Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design creative and engaging lesson plans
- Commitment to student development and professional growth
