Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Freight Specialist will oversee and coordinate freight operations, manage logistics processes, and ensure the smooth movement of goods. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing freight forwarding tasks, collaborating with logistics teams, and maintaining optimal communication with clients and partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Qualifications

• 4 years + of experience in freight forwarding companys
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service for client interaction and coordination.
• Experience in Freight and Freight Forwarding processes.
• Strong expertise in Logistics Management, including planning and execution of shipment operations.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges in supply chain or logistics processes.
• Proficiency in logistics software or related tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with regional and international shipping regulations is an advantage.
