Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Freelance E-commerce Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Playzo’s online store, analyzing website performance, improving the online shopping experience, and implementing strategies to increase sales. The role also involves working collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless shopping journey for Playzo’s customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-commerce platforms and experience in managing product listings, updates, and online store operations
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess website performance, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for growth
• Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and provide a positive experience for online shoppers
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and address customer needs effectively
• Experience in Sales or knowledge of sales strategies relevant to e-commerce environments
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the toy or retail industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field is preferred
