As our projects continue to grow, we are looking to collaborate with a talented Freelance Architect specialized in Architectural Facade Design.

Role Description

The selected architect will be responsible for developing modern, classical and neoclassical facade concepts for residential and commercial projects. The role requires a strong sense of architectural composition, materiality, proportions, and visual presentation.

This is a remote / project-based freelance opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and technically sound facade concepts

• Produce high-quality architectural elevations and visualizations

• Select and propose suitable materials, textures, and facade compositions

• Coordinate design ideas based on project requirements and client vision

• Deliver work according to agreed timelines and quality standards

• Contribute innovative architectural ideas and modern design solutions

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related field

• Proven experience in modern and/or neoclassical facade design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating facade projects and rendering quality

• Proficiency in architectural modeling and rendering software

• Strong visual communication and design presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Commitment to quality, detail, and deadlines

Preferred Software

• SketchUp

• 3ds Max

• Revit

• Lumion / D5 Render / Twinmotion / V-Ray

• Photoshop or equivalent visualization tools
