Senior Manager Group FP&A (Abu Dhabi)

Our client, a diversified corporate holding group is seeking to appoint a high-calibre Senior Manager – Group FP&A to play a key role within the corporate finance function.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the group’s annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes across multiple business units
• Provide strategic financial insight and decision support to executive management and shareholders
• Support portfolio performance management, capital allocation, and business growth initiatives
• Develop sophisticated financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic and investment decisions
• Drive consolidated financial performance reporting and analysis across the group
• Deliver executive-level dashboards, board presentations, and KPI reporting packs
• Analyse business performance, key financial drivers, operational trends, and profitability metrics
• Lead monthly and quarterly performance review processes with business and finance leadership teams
• Lead finance transformation initiatives focused on automation, digitalisation, and reporting enhancement
• Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, and management information systems
• Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to improve data integrity, reporting quality, and decision-making capability
• Support ERP optimisation and implementation of advanced reporting and planning tools
• Act as a key finance business partner to senior leadership across the group
• Influence and challenge stakeholders through data-driven insights and commercial analysis
• Mentor and develop FP&A and finance team members where applicable
• Build strong relationships across corporate office functions and operating companies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA qualification preferred
• 10+ years’ progressive experience within FP&A or commercial finance
• Prior experience within a corporate holding company, diversified conglomerate, investment group, or large multinational environment is highly preferred
• Strong exposure to group-level reporting, strategic planning, and executive stakeholder management
• Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes across multiple entities or regions
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
• Demonstrated success driving finance transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage at C-suite level
