The Role-
- Join the founding team, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Lead the development of advanced AI and backend systems from Proof of Concept (POC) to a production-ready MVP.
- Design and build scalable architectures, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents.
- Play a central role in strategic decision-making regarding the technology roadmap.

Requirements-
- 8 years of engineering experience
- 4 years of Python development
- Strong backend development and production experience
