Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Server based in Tripoli. The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that every customer has an enjoyable dining experience. The role also involves assisting in preparing and presenting food or drinks and addressing any customer inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to provide excellent service and interact professionally with guests and team members
• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage handling, ensuring proper presentation and quality
• Customer Service skills to create a positive dining experience and handle guest concerns effectively
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Willingness to comply with food safety and hygiene standards
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
