We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Fleet & Pilot Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations, deployment, and scaling of our EV mini-bus pilot programs across the UAE.
The role will manage fleet readiness, driver coordination, routing, maintenance, charging schedules, safety, operational KPIs, and overall service quality. This person will act as the key operational lead between drivers, technology teams, maintenance providers, partners, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day fleet and pilot operations
- Coordinate drivers, schedules, dispatching, and vehicle allocation
- Monitor vehicle uptime, charging, cleanliness, maintenance, and safety
- Track operational KPIs and improve efficiency
- Coordinate workshops, maintenance vendors, and support partners
- Assist with rollout and execution of UAE pilot programs
- Work with technology teams on fleet systems and operational feedback
- Ensure compliance with UAE transport and safety requirements
- Produce operational reports and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in fleet operations, mobility, logistics, transport, or related sectors
- Strong operational and organizational skills
- Experience managing drivers or field teams
- Comfortable working in a startup/high-growth environment
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with fleet management systems or telematics preferred
- UAE driving license preferred
- English required; Arabic is a plus

Mobility startups, ride-hailing, EV fleets, transport operators, logistics, hospitality transport, or smart city projects.
