■ About the Role:
The fixed assets specialist manages and records all fixed asset transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation, while ensuring accurate records and reconciliations.
– Tracks capital expenditures and project costs, maintaining asset schedules and ensuring alignment with budgets and policies.
– Prepares reports and analyses for fixed assets and inventory, including monitoring movements and variances.
– Supports audits and maintains proper documentation, while overseeing inventory processes and approvals.
■ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Advanced Excel
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting (FMCG sector is preferable)
• Oracle system is plus.
• Microsoft office proficiency.
