Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Fit-out Sales professional with 3 to 5 years of solid experience in the interior fit-out in Riyadh, decoration, and MEP sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and securing turnkey projects (including commercial, retail, residential, or hospitality spaces).

Because our projects integrate high-end aesthetics with complex engineering, a strong understanding of MEP systems alongside interior finishes is essential for accurately qualifying leads and collaborating with our estimation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Actively source, pitch, and secure new commercial/residential interior fit-out and decoration projects to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks with property developers, project management consultants (PMCs), architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
• Technical Consultation: Conduct initial site surveys and technical discussions. Assess client requirements regarding both structural decoration and MEP constraints (HVAC, electrical loads, plumbing, and firefighting).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house Design, Estimation, and Project Management teams to ensure client briefs are accurately translated into winning commercial proposals.
• Tendering & Proposals: Lead the preparation of pre-qualification documents, technical bids, and commercial presentations.
• Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation, final pricing alignment, and formal sign-off.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming real estate projects within the region.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven sales or business development experience specifically within the Interior Fit-out, Decoration, and MEP sectors.
• Technical Know-How: Strong ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints, interior layouts, and MEP schematic drawings.
• Network: An existing, active network of clients, consultants, and designers in the local market is highly advantageous in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and basic AutoCAD viewing is a plus.
