Hiring: Fit Out & FFE Sales Specialist / Project Sales

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Company: DSCC group– Leading Fit-Out &FFE Contracting group in KSA

We are a well-established general contracting & fit-out company operating across Saudi Arabia, we have our own factory (50000sqm) in China and biggest Fit out and FFE technic solution showroom office (1200sqm) in Riyadh, we specializing in high-end interior fit-out, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) solutions, and turnkey contracting projects. To support our growing business, we are now looking for a results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new client leads, develop business opportunities for hotels field fit-out, FF&E, and turnkey projects across KSA

• Proactively source client inquiries, negotiate proposals, and drive project conversion from initial contact to contract signing

• Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client consultation, quotation, negotiation, contract closure, and post-sales coordination

• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and key stakeholders in the construction & interior industry

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for project-based business

• Collaborate with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of proven working experience in Hotel field fit-out sales, FF&E sales, or project sales within the Saudi real estate / Hospitality / interior design / Fit out / FFE / contracting industry

• Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken) – Arabic and English language competency is mandatory

• Established network and client database in KSA’s hotel fit-out, FF&E sector is a strong advantage

• Excellent client acquisition, negotiation, and business development skills

• Ability to independently manage the full sales process and close high-value projects

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred

• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia
