Fire Chief (Saudi Only) – NEOM Full Time NEW

Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking experienced Fire Chiefs to lead and manage firefighting and emergency response operations within NEOM. The role ensures full operational readiness of fire teams, effective emergency response management, and compliance with Saudi Civil Defense regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in firefighting, fire safety, or emergency response operations

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Civil Defense regulations and fire safety standards

• Experience in industrial, construction, infrastructure, or large-scale environments is preferred

• Supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Strong decision-making under pressure

• Hands-on knowledge of firefighting equipment and emergency response systems
