We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality excellence, guest experience, and team leadership, with a strong understanding of high-end service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experience
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain fine dining service standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and handle feedback with professionalism
- Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team
- Monitor budgets, labor costs, inventory, and financial performance
- Maintain a refined atmosphere aligned with the restaurant’s brand and values
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service, wine, and guest etiquette
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
