Key Responsibilities

• Present suitable insurance and financial solutions based on clients’ needs.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.

• Educate clients on financial literacy, risk management, and future planning.

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship building.

• Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance standards.

• Stay informed about market trends, financial planning strategies, and company solutions.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Qualifications

• Lebanese Baccalaureate Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree (required).

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.

• Sales, banking, finance, customer service, or business experience is considered an advantage.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to professional development.
