Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Manager with construction industry experience. The position is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Financial Manager will oversee all financial operations, including budget planning, financial reporting, and treasury management. Responsibilities also involve analyzing financial data, managing budgets, coordinating with project management teams, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations, and providing strategic insights to optimize the financial performance of construction projects.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting
• Experience with project-based financial accounting, particularly in construction or project management
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in financial systems, accounting software, and MS Office, especially Excel
• Leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; certifications like CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus
• Problem-solving abilities and a focus on achieving organizational goals
• Experience in managing cash flow, investments, and cost control is highly desirable
