About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and industry-experienced Finance & Business Management Faculty member to join our academic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, practical industry exposure, and the ability to deliver engaging and student-focused training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver courses in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, and related subjects
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and training materials
- Support curriculum development aligned with industry standards and KHDA requirements
- Mentor and guide students in academics and career development
- Conduct interactive classroom and online sessions
- Participate in academic planning, quality assurance, and institutional activities
- Support internships, employability, and industry engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Teaching/training experience preferredIndustry experience in finance, banking, accounting, or business management is an advantag.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital tools.
