Hiring: Field Support Technician (Technical Support Team) – Saudi Nationals Only

We are seeking a Field Technical Support Technician (Saudi nationals only) who holds a valid driving license, owns a personal vehicle, and is available for immediate joining.

Job Overview

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of specialized ID card printers, ensuring optimal performance and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Configuration

Install and set up ID card printers at client locations

Configure drivers, IP addresses, and network connectivity

• Preventive Maintenance

Perform routine cleaning of rollers, printheads, and card paths

Maintain consistent print quality and prevent hardware issues

• Repair & Troubleshooting

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues

Replace printheads, calibrate sensors, and perform firmware updates

• User Support & Training

Provide on-site technical support to clients

Train users on proper operation and basic maintenance procedures

• Documentation

Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance schedules

Requirements

Technical Skills

Knowledge of printer mechanics and thermal printing technology

Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP configuration)

Problem-Solving

Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues

Communication

Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Education

Diploma or equivalent (IT-related Associate degree preferred)

Other Requirements

Saudi National

Valid driving license and personal car
