Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Saudi Arabia. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding our customer base by actively sourcing and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with property developers and real estate professionals, and conducting market research to identify sales opportunities. The role also involves delivering product presentations, negotiating terms, and working collaboratively with internal teams to meet sales targets and deliver superior client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in CRM software and managing sales pipelines
- Effective time management and organizational abilities to meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the real estate industry in Saudi Arabia is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a similar role
- Willingness to travel within KSA as required by the role
