Farm Manager Full Time NEW

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Farm Manager to join a leading commercial farming and food production operation based in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing large-scale farming operations, with expertise in horticulture, crop production, irrigation systems, harvesting activities, and farm workforce supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management of day-to-day farm operations

• Supervise crop production, irrigation, and harvesting activities

• Ensure operational efficiency and productivity across farming units

• Coordinate farm machinery and equipment maintenance

• Manage manpower, supervisors, and operational workflows

• Ensure compliance with food quality, safety, and operational standards

• Support budgeting, planning, and cost-control activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in agriculture or horticulture operations

• Minimum 3 years of experience within the food production industry

• Strong knowledge of commercial farming operations and crop management

• Experience managing irrigation systems and harvesting operations

• Previous experience managing multinational farm teams

• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards

• GCC experience is highly preferred
