Applicants must possess:
· A PhD in Computer Science or Information Technology, with specialization in one or more of the following areas:
o Networking and Cybersecurity
o Data Analytics
o Artificial Intelligence
· Demonstrated expertise in:
o Networking and System Administration
o Operating Systems and Virtual Machines
o Network Security Controls
o Cloud Security
o Blockchain Security
o Internet of Things (IoT)
o Digital Forensics
o Ethical Hacking
· Proven effectiveness in teaching, learning, and research.
· Experience in blended learning and demonstrated proficiency in utilizing current educational technologies and digital teaching tools to enhance student learning and engagement.
· A strong record of scholarly publications in relevant academic journals.
· Publications in internationally indexed journals (SCOPUS), academic journals, or books following completion of the PhD degree.
· Proficiency in both Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
· Practical industry experience relevant to the area of specialization will be considered an advantage.
· Relevant professional certifications in their field of specialization.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
· Experience in applying innovative teaching methodologies, including problem-based learning and project-based learning.
· Active participation in recognized academic events, research projects, professional associations, and scholarly activities.
· A collaborative mindset and commitment to enhancing the educational, research, and student experience within the College.
