Concept 5 is a Dubai-based joinery company delivering bespoke woodwork for residential and commercial projects across the UAE. We have a strong pipeline of work and a busy factory — and we need the right person to keep it running like clockwork.

The Role

This is a supervisory and organisational role, not a production role. You won’t be on the tools — you’ll be running the floor.

Your job is to make sure the factory is clean, orderly, and operating efficiently at all times. You’ll have full visibility of everything moving through the facility — from raw materials waiting to go into production, to finished items being loaded for site. Nothing should get lost, misplaced, or forgotten on your watch.

Key Responsibilities

Factory order and housekeeping

Keeping the factory clean, organised, and safe is a non-negotiable. You set the standard and make sure it’s maintained.

Materials management

All materials stored prior to production are your responsibility. You’ll know what’s in stock, where it is, and what condition it’s in. Nothing should be difficult to find or poorly stored.

Work-in-progress storage

At any given time, items will be sitting in the factory between stages of production — waiting for the next process, finish, or sign-off. You’ll keep track of what’s there and where it is, making sure nothing gets displaced, damaged, or overlooked while it’s waiting to move forward.

Deliveries and dispatch

You’ll supervise all incoming deliveries — verifying what arrives against what was ordered and making sure it’s stored correctly. On the outbound side, you’ll manage the loading of finished goods going to site, ensuring every delivery leaves complete and on time.

Returns from site

Materials and items coming back from the site teams need to be received, checked, logged, and stored properly. You’ll own this process end to end.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a supervisory role within a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment — joinery or fit-out experience is a plus but not essential

• Naturally organised — you keep things in order without being reminded

• Good communicator in English and Hindi — essential for working with our team and management

• Reliable and consistent — the factory runs on routine, and you’re the one holding it together

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are running simultaneously
