Job Description

A company specialized in manufacturing (kitchens, dressing rooms, and wood cladding) located in 10th of Ramadan City is hiring a Factory Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Full supervision of factory operations and daily production
• Monitor execution of work according to required specifications and quality standards
• Develop and implement production plans and achieve targets
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce waste
• Lead and develop the factory team
• Coordinate between production and other factory departments (warehouse – delivery)

Job Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in woodworking or furniture manufacturing
• Good experience in kitchens, dressing rooms, and wood cladding
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems
• Residents of 10th of Ramadan or nearby areas are preferred
