Job Description

The General Manager responsible for the overall performance, and efficiency of production, supply chain, quality systems, and Operational results

 

  • Responsibilities:

 

  1. Develop strategic plans for 
  2. Manufacturing
  3. Procurement
  4. Quality systems
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CE/FDA/ISO). 
  6. Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean methodologies.
  7. Lead all site activities, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and engineering. 
  8. Ensure compliance with QMS (Quality Management Systems). 
  9. Drive top-line growth and maintain high-efficiency standards

 

  • Key Focus:

 

  1. High-level strategic planning
  2. Process improvement
  3. Supply chain oversight. 
  4. Site P&L accountability

 

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
  2. Over 10 years of experience
  3. Extensive leadership experience, 
  4. Often with a mix of business and manufacturing backgrounds
