Facility Supervisor Full Time

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Facility Supervisor to join our team. This position will oversee facility operations across our main office in Dammam and industrial site in Ras Al Khair.

Role Overview:

As Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of facility services, including building maintenance, transportation, catering, and janitorial services. This role is critical in maintaining operational standards and supporting employee satisfaction across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise comprehensive facility operations across Dammam and Ras Al Khair sites
• Oversee catering services at both office and industrial locations
• Coordinate employee transportation services, including shuttle buses between locations
• Supervise janitorial services and enforce cleanliness standards
• Manage visitor access, front desk operations, and security coordination
• Administer company fleet operations
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
• Lead and mentor administrative and facility support staff

Qualifications

• High School or Diploma in Administration, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management, preferably in industrial environments
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and facility management systems
