A leading Real Estate Development Company is seeking to hire a highly experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations across its prestigious portfolio.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all day-to-day operational activities.

Manage and enhance Property Management and Facility Management functions.

Ensure high standards of operation across Hotels and Commercial Malls.

Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and service quality.

Oversee maintenance, safety, and vendor/contractor performance.

Manage tenant relations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

🔹 Requirements:

5–10 years of solid experience in Operations Management.

Proven expertise in Property Management & Facility Management.

Strong experience within Real Estate, Hotels, or Commercial Malls is essential.

Outstanding leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
